About Us

Who we are and what motivates our work.

Who we are

Who we are

We are a non-profit organisation and group of neurodivergent individuals committed to making evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming information accessible to everyone.

We believe that understanding leads to inclusion, equity, compassion, and acceptance. By bringing together research, lived experience, and professional knowledge, we aim to support neurodivergent people, their families, carers, educators, employers, and professionals through accessible resources and person-centred approaches that recognise every individual's unique strengths and needs.

Our Approach

Evidence-based

All information is grounded in peer-reviewed research and current clinical guidelines see:

Co-produced

We work with people who have lived experience and professionals to ensure our materials are relevant and useful.

Considering the relational: A handbook for working therapeutically with neurodivergent people

Accessible

We design for neurodivergent users first: calm, clear, consistent and low-cognitive-load (see top right corner to change settings)

Guidelines created with the University of Bath including people with lived experience

Non-profit

We do not charge for our resources and do not run advertising. We also offer signposting to useful resources.
