Neurodivergent-Friendly Guidelines
Peer-reviewed, co-produced guidelines to support neurodivergent people at work and in placements.
These resources were co-produced with people with lived experience, academics, and professionals. They provide practical guidance to support people with ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, dyslexia, Tourette syndrome, and other neurodevelopmental differences. The recommendations can be adapted to education, work, placements, healthcare, and everyday life. Neurodevelopmental conditions are lifelong, so adjustments should remain available across the lifespan. Many of these strategies may also benefit people who may experiences similar challenges (e.g., acquired brain injury, neurological events).
-Two versions are available: a full guide with explanations and an easy-read version designed to improve accessibility.
-These resources are intended for educational, training, clinical, and supportive use.
